Even though Samantha Jayne's new book Quarter Life Poetry is a hilarious take on 20-something life, her own personal quarter life crisis wasn't all fun and games.

In this episode, Samantha shares not only how her book became a viral millennial sensation through videos and Instagram posts, but also her own struggles through quarter life moving from New York to San Francisco to Lost Angeles.

We will also discuss her big leap from her corporate job to the more independent creative work she’s doing now, we will discuss how she aligned with her values with her actions and got honest about what she wanted to achieve. Lastly, we will discuss the phenomenon of comparison when it comes to social media, and what we should do when we find ourselves feeling alienated or disappointed after our social media consumption.

Enjoy!
