Tallia Deljou, a wholehearted empathicalist and aspiring essentialist, is the co-founder and president of Mavenly + Co. With a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation, she has dedicated herself to supporting women and millennials in finding fulfillment in their work and life. Before pursuing her graduate degree, she had the privilege of serving as a collegiate development consultant for Delta Gamma, traveling to nearly 30 universities in the United States and Canada to facilitate workshops and coach women on building leadership skills, managing teams, and communicating effectively.
Her work experience extends into her time as a training and development associate for Lead Labs, a leadership assessment and development consultancy at Claremont Graduate University, as well as a program coordinator for the Kravis Leadership Institute, devoted to the promotion of responsible and innovative leadership. She also served as the founding lab manager and blog editor for Talent Science, a research lab committed to bringing Positive Organizational Psychology to the workplace. Her work has more recently been highlighted in several publications, including Forbes, Monster.com, and Her Agenda.
Whether it's helping people identify purposeful work, navigate a career transition, or build confidence in their skill set, Tallia is energized by having meaningful, authentic conversations to help others grow into their true selves.
