Four Apps That Will Make You More Productive

We are always looking to get things done more efficiently, and when we are on-to-go, the only guarantee is that we will have our cell phone with us. This means that we must rely on our digital device to help us save time and effort where we can, and here are the apps to get you there.

Getting control over your inbox can make you feel like you’ve conquered the world, and Mailbox is going to make it happen for you. The functionality makes it easy to sort, organize and respond to email in a timely manner according to your schedule. Download the app, and get a handle on that email, girl.

If you’re like me, you need to be able to access any file at any time. Dropbox is the best way to keep your documents, photos and audio clips with you at all times. It’s also helpful when it comes to sharing with others. If you don’t already have an account, get one — then download the app, too.

This is the to-do list that works how your brain works. You can add tasks by day or scroll down for lists that you will visit later. You can add recurring tasks, hyperlink tasks, and even have a dancing cat cross your screen when you scratch something of the list. What’s not to love?

Wishing all your apps could read your mind and connect on their own? Well, there’s an app for that. IFTTT, which stands for If This Then That, creates mini recipes to tell your different apps and programs how to connect. For example, any time I like a photo on Instagram, it automatically saves it in my Dropbox folder entitled ”Instagrams.“ Pretty neat, right? Try it out, and see how you can save time switching from app to app.
